Note
What the Labour Inspectorate asks for on working-time records
Inspectors can request the daily working-time record. Keep it 4 years and export it per person and workplace. Nexo produces that evidence.
When the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate asks for the working-time record, it is not asking for a compliance slogan. It asks for start and end of each day, per person and workplace, with a four-year history.
What Nexo hands over
Nexo records start and end of the day, keeps data for 4 years and exports CSV or PDF. There is no single official ITSS file. That is in the Nexo FAQ. Compliance remains the employer's.
We do not publish “inspection cases we closed” or success rates. We do not have those as a verifiable figure.
Fines
On the Nexo landing we cite that missing records is a serious offence, in the €751 to €7,500 per workplace range, plus possible overtime claims. The amount is set in the file.
