How long does rollout take?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks depending on headcount, team structure and integrations. We define a rollout plan from the first discovery session.

Does this include migration and onboarding?

Yes. We support initial migration and go-live with managers, HR and admin teams.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

We don't enforce rigid commitments by default. Terms are adapted to deployment model and support scope.

Can we start with a pilot team?

Yes. We can start with a constrained pilot scope and scale after validation with lower operational risk.

What people ask us before signing up.

Does my data leave the European Union?

No. Nexo's production infrastructure is in the EU and we don't use sub-processors outside the EU for personal data. See the sub-processors page for detail.

Am I compliant with Spain's labour inspection using Nexo?

Yes. Nexo implements the daily time-record required by RD 8/2019, keeps data for 4 years and exports it in the format the labour inspection accepts. Final compliance is the company's responsibility — we give you the tool and the ready-to-file report.

Can I integrate Nexo with my current payroll?

On the Pro and Enterprise plans, yes. We have direct integrations with the most common systems and, if your payroll is custom, we connect via API or scheduled CSV export. We do the initial migration with you.

Is there an on-prem or dedicated-deploy version?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. If your organization requires data to live in your infrastructure or in a dedicated environment, we deploy and operate it. We work this out in the proposal.

How does migration from our current system work?

Assisted. We help you export from your current system (Excel, Google Sheets, another SaaS), clean the data and import it. Team onboarding typically takes a week, not a quarter.

How does mobile clock-in work without continuous tracking?

Nexo doesn't track employee location in the background. If you enable geofencing, location is only checked at clock-in time and the employee sees what's being verified. No hidden telemetry.
