Sub-processors

Current state

Today, the plutontech.es site doesn't require external sub-processors to operate. We serve the content from our own environment and the contact form sends messages directly to our inbox, without going through a third-party provider.

When Nexo (our first SaaS product) goes live, or when we integrate any service that processes data on our behalf (e.g. managed SMTP, attachment storage, self-hosted analytics), we'll add each provider here with its jurisdiction, purpose and signed Data Processing Agreement.

Commitment when adding new providers

Before adding a sub-processor we sign a GDPR-compatible Data Processing Agreement.

If the sub-processor involves an international data transfer, we'll flag it explicitly and apply the corresponding legal safeguards.

Updating this list doesn't require your prior consent, but the decision stays visible and traceable. If you have a specific concern about a provider we're about to add, write to us.
